Backtagging: Sure!

Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing about bad things happening to kids. Other than that, mostly okay.
[IC]
Hugging this character: Please do. He needs all the hugs. Just be gentle, he's only six inches tall. Or you could hug his construct, just mind that he's in the front breast pocket.
Kissing this character: It might get awkward but you can give it a go.
Flirting with this character: Sure! More positive stuff in his life is a good thing.
Fighting with this character: You can certainly throw down with Hal if you want. He can still bring the bulk of his power to a fight and that's always a blast with a Green Lantern. Fisticuffs aren't Hal's first resort, though, so he'll definitely try to talk things out first.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Aside from the awesome power ring constructs, Hal's a pretty vanilla human, so he's relatively fragile for a superhero. Worse still, he's been shrunken to only six inches tall by the reality bender Locus, and he's about as delicate as you'd expect for that size. Let's just please discuss anything crippling or super serious beforehand.
Killing this character: Whilst Hal is technically already slowly dying of his own powers and has actually for realsies died a few times in his timeline (including permanently, once!), he's very fond of being alive for now and not keen on repeating the whole death thing, so killing him won't be easy. Locus tried and it didn't take. Definitely need to plot this one out ahead of time.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Hal has only an average resistance to telepathy but his willpower is extremely high, so chatting him up over the brainwaves is pretty easy, but compelling him to do anything will be a challenge. As for actively reading his mind, his memories are very badly fragmented and most of them are missing big chunks, what with the whole being dead for a thousand years thing.
Warnings: This version of Hal is from the 31st century, an imperfect clone created to combat an evil empire run by five superpowered assholes. (He isn't actually a clone, it's more complicated than that. But spoilers. He knows the deal, and assuming your character is looking for that information, feel free to PM me for details!) Hal is pretty bland but he's a genuinely nice, kinda sad guy on a team full of jerks. Hal is also very slowly dying from the power of the emerald light, which is eating away at his body like cancer. He's remarkably positive in spite of this.
Just don't be surprised if he gets a little morose from time to time.
